Whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, boost athletic performance, or simply feel better in your body, we’re here to support you. Our goal is to keep you moving well and feeling your best, injury or not.

  • What services does Revive Performance Lab offer?

    Revive Performance Lab offers a range of recovery and performance services including sports recovery, injury prevention, strength training, functional corrective training, 3D athletic assessments, and more. Each service is personalized to meet your specific needs and goals.

  • Do I need to be an athlete to come to Revive Performance Lab?

    Not at all! While we work with many athletes, our services are for anyone looking to improve mobility, recover from injuries, reduce pain, or simply feel better. Whether you’re active, sedentary, or somewhere in between, we’ve got you covered.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    Your first session will include a consultation and a hands-on recovery session. We’ll also go over a plan for follow-up care, so you leave with a clear understanding of your next steps.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We do not accept traditional insurance. We operate on a membership-based model designed to give you consistent, high-quality care without the limitations of insurance. The good news is that our memberships are approved for use with HSA and FSA funds, which many of our clients use to cover their services. If you have questions about how to use your HSA/FSA, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Members receive priority booking through our easy-to-use app, making it simple to schedule and manage sessions at your convenience. If you’re not a member yet, your first visit is always free, a great way to experience what we offer with no commitment. We also welcome walk-ins and drop-ins at a low drop-in rate, based on availability. Whether you're a regular or just stopping by, we’re here to help you feel your best.
